Our property acquisition advisory fee typically ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 depending on transaction complexity and market. For transactions over $1,000,000, we charge a 1% advisory fee on the purchase price. This fee is all-inclusive and covers strategy, search, negotiation, and closing coordination.
In many transactions, particularly new developments and off-market deals, our fee is partially or fully offset by co-brokerage commissions paid by the seller. We are always fully transparent about our compensation structure before engagement.
